Every assignment starts with a site assessment. We walk the property with you, identify the access points and blind spots that matter, agree the post orders in writing, and set the reporting cadence before a single guard is scheduled. That document becomes the standard the shift is measured against.
Guards are licensed under the applicable provincial security legislation and are supervised by a named account manager who is reachable outside business hours. Shift logs, incident reports and patrol timestamps are available to you on request, so the coverage you are paying for is verifiable rather than assumed.
